Pursuant to the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13 December, CODESPA FOUNDATION informs users of its website of the existence of files where the data requested through forms on this site are stored –whose fields must be completed – or through e-mail, as well as those obtained as a consequence of the legal relationship established between the user and CODESPA FOUNDATION.
With this information, the user expressly authorises CODESPA FOUNDATION to process the personal details that he has voluntarily supplied, with the sole aim of the maintenance, development and control of the legal relationship that may be established between the parties and to be able to inform him about the activities of CODESPA FOUNDATION.

The request must include the name and surnames of the interested party, photocopy of the national identity document (DNI) and, where admitted, of the person who represents him, as well as documentation supporting the representation. This request is to specify the address for the purpose of notifications, date and signature of the requesting party and documents supporting the request made. If the request does not meet the specified requirements, it will be necessary to remedy this. With respect to the right of access, this will only be refused when it is exercised in an interval that is shorter than twelve months and no legitimate interest is substantiated to this end, and also when the request is made by a person other than the affected party. No consideration shall be required for exercising of the rights.
The files are the responsibility of CODESPA FOUNDATION with address at Calle Rafael Bergamín, 12-Bajo Madrid 28043, which undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy concerning the data contained therein, and no access is permitted for third parties for purposes other than those for which they have been authorised.
